Well, actually, I'm kind of glad Fox is suing Franken because it means great press coverage for his new book. (And because he has big money lawyers defending him, and I can't imagine he's actually going to lose this suit. Even a humorless judge can understand the concept of parody.)

Oh, right, I was going to write something clever using "FAIR AND BALANCED" which is a common phrase that happens to be trademarked by a bunch of fairly unbalanced pseudo-journalists.

Instead I spent far too many hours doing naughty things to my Xbox. After hours of work, it will now play 10 year old video games for a completely different system, which is something I could do on my computer or a 10 year old video game system without any work. Sometimes I wonder about my priorities.
