I changed the tagline of adammathes.com to be mercenary library scientist a while ago.

But I've been feeling more like that recently.

I wrote a bunch of things I was planning to publish this week on antisocial software but decided they were all awful. Normally that sort of thing doesn't stop me, and I'm sure an outside observer would say they are not any more or less awful than what I normally write, but I seem to be having motivation problems.
